Common questions
Is my progress backed up? Yes. Your progress is saved on your device and backed up automatically, so deleting and reinstalling the app on the same device restores your levels and coins. It does not transfer to a different device — there is no account to sign in to.
Why am I seeing ads? Word Popping is free to download and ad-supported. Whether those ads are personalized is up to you: iOS asks at first launch whether the app may track you, and in Europe you also get an advertising consent dialog. Decline either and you still see ads, just contextual ones. You can change your mind any time in Settings → Privacy in the game, or in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Can I buy coins? Yes — the game sells optional coin packs through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
